Summary

extend Supabase types with expense_id and new settlement_items table
expose expense_id in typed exports
add hooks useSettlements and useAddSettlement
show splits and settlements on the expense detail screen
add a basic SettleUpModal component and wire to group detail screen
tests for adding settlements
